Our Cybersecurity Analytics curriculum will prepare you to handle rapidly-advancing threats. Learn to set traps and catch threat actors, through real-world lab environments paired with industry-grade curriculum. You will learn the analytical skills needed to stand out from the competition. The Cybersecurity Analytics program includes eight (8) foundational courses designed to prepare you for success in the cybersecurity industry.


Network Administration
You’ll be exposed to network security, protocols, and attacks, which are foundational concepts to cyber careers.

System Administration
Foundational to a cyber career, you will learn basic skills in system security, desktop OSes, and service configuration.

Strategy and Analysis

You will learn to anticipate threat actors through the psychology of analysis, criminal psychology, and threat intelligence.

We designed our Full Stack Web Development Curriculum to give students the necessary expertise in both back-end and front-end programming technologies to become full-stack developers. It's a more extensive course of study than the average school offers – but then we expect more of our students.


Module 1: Programming Fundamentals
After diving into the fundamentals of programming, students get comfortable with object-oriented programming and storing databases using SQL and Object Relational Mappers.

Module 2: Web Frameworks
Students learn two key Ruby frameworks, first mastering the fundamentals of web programming with Sinatra before experiencing how quickly they can build incredible apps with Rails.

Module 3: JavaScript
Students gain a thorough understanding of Javascript – crucial for front-end developers.

Module 4: Front-end Frameworks
Students learn to build productive, scalable front-ends with React and Redux, creating slick, functional, reactive code with Redux as a state manager and Rails as the back-end JSON API.

Solo Projects
After completing four curriculum modules focused on group projects, students work with instructors to come up with solo project concepts and spend dedicated time building truly sophisticated applications on their own. Students receive plenty of instructor feedback along the way while diving deep into various advanced technologies needed to bring their concepts to life.

Do I have to have experience before I apply for this course?  What do I need to know.

 No prior experience is required. However, in reviewing your background, we will be looking for applicants with an interest in technology, problem solving, and data analytics.

What is the class schedule?

This is a full-time course, so you should expect to spend 40+ hours per week working on the program. This includes attending online classes, reading materials, watching videos, and working on your labs and projects. Live classes will be around lunchtime Tuesday-Friday, with the option to watch recordings if needed. It’s your responsibility to keep up with the pace and deadlines within the course, but we build in lots of flexibility so you can study mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends – whatever schedule works for you. 

When will I graduate?

Software Engineering students can graduate in 5 months (20 weeks).
Cybersecurity Analytics students can graduate in 3 months (13 weeks).

One of the most valuable parts of this program is career coaching. At the time of graduation, you will be matched with a 1:1 career coach who supports you every step of the job search.  Coaches help with everything from résumé review to interview prep, and help you tell your story to land your first job. Through 1-on-1 guidance and our tried-and-true job-search framework, you’ll gain the skills and support you need to launch your career.

How do I know if I am learning?  What happens if I fall behind?

Our modular structure means you’ll know that you’re gaining the competencies needed to become a software engineer. Because our curriculum builds cumulatively, instructors assess students at the end of each module to ensure students have a strong understanding of the concepts before moving forward to the next module. Reviews and check-ins occur throughout the program to ensure students have touchpoints with instructors and can ask questions in a one-to-one setting. 

What is the admissions process? 

 Begin by submitting your completed application.

 Following application submission, you’ll complete a short technical assignment on your own schedule. No prior experience is required – the purpose is to provide firsthand experience of your chosen subject, and to demonstrate to our team that you are ready to move forward. Once that assignment is complete, you’ll hear back from a member of our team with an admissions decision and next steps to enroll in the program.
