Cedar, Mesquite, Oak and Pecan Lodges at TSTC in Sweetwater

If you're looking for something private and quaint then the Lodges at our Sweetwater campus are just for you.

These lodges are built in small quadrants so you get the closeness of community, but also the privacy you need when you're ready to be alone. Each lodge comes with a built in sink and a shared bathroom for just you and your neighbor. 

The Cedar, Mesquite, Oak and Pecan lodges contains nine units, with two bedrooms and one bathroom per unit. Each bedroom accommodates one student.

All housing options include 15 meals per week *(Nursing Students have reduced meals for clinical.)

Get Started


All students must reside on campus or in auxiliary campus housing, unless they are exempt based on one or more of the following criteria:

  1. Over the age of 21

  2. Married

  3. Parent or legal guardian of child/children within a 50-mile radius of the TSTC Sweetwater Campus as determined by the Texas State Mileage guide and interpreted by the Director of Student Life. Special circumstances are approved by the Director of Housing.   

  4. Have a health condition that requires special medical attention and/or facilities are unavailable on campus or in auxiliary campus housing.
