The TSTC Harlingen web site, http://www.harlingen.tstc.edu, is intended to serve as a compilation of TSTC Harlingen's electronic resources and services and to provide a means of communication between TSTC Harlingen and the public. The site is organized around four core audiences: Students, school administrators, TSTC employees and the general public. The design, layout, and contents of the TSTC Harlingen web site are the responsibility of TSTC Harlingen's Public Information Office and the Webmaster.
