March 1, 2012 “Developing Your Team”, LRC Orientation Room

Developing Your Team introduces future leaders to the science of Personality Type.  Understanding how people process information, make decisions and interact with the world around them will show you how to help people be proud of their strengths and think of creative ways to deal with possible pitfalls.  Armed with this new self-awareness, you will become the supervisor and manager everyone wants to work for.

Susan Holmes is TSTC’s Director of Career Services; you can get help in Room 140 of the Student Center with resume writing, interviewing and job placement.  She has delivered workshops on Personality Type to national business conventions across the country and brings us a “mini-session” introducing something that can change your life.  Susan has two sons living in Austin, one a professor at University of Texas and the other working in electronic product development.  She loves history, writing and is a published novelist.
