At the TSTC Harlingen Safety Department, we recognize our responsibilities to our customers. We are committed to provide customers with accurate information on safety and provide a safety environment while visiting our campus. To ensure quality services, the Safety Department will foster an environment that encourages and enhances trust. We pledge to provide high quality services to ALL our customers. p>

As a customer, you can expect us to:

GOALS
Trust is developed through the 4 C’s
- Character: Integrity, courage, compassion, contribution, responsibility, and treating others fairly.
- Competence: Have highly trained Additional Duty Safety Officers on campus to under stand the complexity and responsibility of their tasks.
- Communication: Have good honest open communication with customers and demonstrate respect for the individuals.
- Continual Improvement: Ask the customers about the services we provide and use those results to improve our services.
STANDARDS
In our efforts to provide customer services, we have established the following standards for responding customers.
- We respond to telephone calls within the hour or earlier if possible.
- We respond to e-mails within 24 hours or earlier if possible.
