Welcome to TSTC’s Learning Resource Center, the first Tuition Revenue Bond-funded facility to be built on the TSTC Harlingen Campus. The purpose of the LRC is to provide the library and learning resources needed to support the college’s technical and academic educational mission, to supplement classroom instruction, and to meet the broad reading and informational needs of a multi-cultural student body.

We are extremely proud of our $3.4 million 35,364 square foot, two-story facility which houses the library, Orientation Room, Media Center, and President's Board Room. We have 12 study rooms that seat four to twelve, 93 computer workstation cubicles for student use, 25 Alienware laptops, anatomical models, kits, puppets, and a even a flight simulator!
