WELCOME TO THE TSTC WELLNESS & SPORTS CENTER

The Intramural Program offers faculty, staff and students indoor and outdoor sports and facilities throughout the year. The Wellness and Sports Center offers a gymnasium, a cardio room, weight room, two racquetball courts, two outdoor athletic fields, a walking trail, outdoor basketball courts, and two outdoor tennis courts. Indoor sports offered are basketball, volleyball, soccer, raquettball, and kickball league play and tournaments. The Intramural Program also has afternoon and evening aerobic classes as well as cardiovascular and muscle toning classes.
