The Texas Workforce Commission currently has funds available to help private businesses who are looking to train their employees in technical, demand occupations for the region. The training funding assistance is provided to companies throughout Texas. This funding provides educational opportunities for the entry, production, and management level employees.

Some basic recommendations that will strengthen your grant proposal:

·         Job Retention

·         Technical skills training

·         Company Expansion

·         Wage Increases

·         Company Investment/Commitment
