At the TSTC Harlingen Printing Production Service, we recognize our responsibilities to our customers. We are committed to provide customers with the highest printing quality services. To ensure quality services, the Printing Production Department will foster an environment that encourages and enhances trust. We pledge to provide high quality services to ALL our customers.

Professional Attitude:

  1. Producing low cost, high quality printing, saving college and instructional departments time and money.

  1. Have the best printing, quick copy and bindery equipment possible.
  2. Have sufficient supplies and materials needed to produce instructional and departmental print jobs.

  1. Ask Customers about the services we provide and use those results to improve our services.

STANDARDS

In our efforts to provide customer service, we have established the following standards for responding customers.

  1. We respond to telephone calls within 24 hours.
  2. We respond to e-mails within 24 hours or earlier if possible.
  3. We respond to correspondence within a week, or earlier if possible.
