Step 1: Go to www.Techonecard.com
Step 2: Once you are at the Welcome Screen "Please Select your Campus" (Harlingen) Then click Go.
Step 3: After selecting school and changing Screens, at the top left hand you will see a green box displaying "get started". After you click on link will be prompted to type in your 16 digit numbers on your card, you have now begun to authenticate the information on your card: Name on card, Security code (last three digits on the back of card), last four social security numbers, who is activating the card?. Then click next.
Step 4: The "Login information" page appears, here is where you will create your account login information, current active email address, and also create a password (password word must be 8 or more characters long) (for your convenience we ask that you write down your password and keep in a safe secure place). Then click the go to refund choice button.
Step 5: The "Refund Choices" page appears. Choices include: Easy Refund (money on card) or ACH Transfer (Refund transfered to personal bank).
Step 6: Then the "Confirm Your Refund Choice" page appears, read, then click next step complete setup.
Step 7: The "Creating your profile" page appears, type in required information, then click next.
Step 8: The "Set up your refund Confirmation" page appears, enter your information. You will see the page only if you chose Easy Refund. *The Following steps are for Easy Refund.
Note: If you choose ACH Transfer, you must have your current banking information (Bank Name, Account number, and Routing number) in order to finish the Activation process.
Step 9: If you choose "Easy Refund" you will create a pin number and then confirm it (write it down and keep in safe place), then click next.
Step 10: "One Account Features" setup page appears; you can set these options later if you like. Click next.
Step 11: The "Notification Preferences" page appears, read, then click next.
Step 12: "Activation Complete" page appears, each section on this page will show you the choices you made during activation, when you are finished you can return to your OneAccount homepage or logout to end your session.
