Keeping your TechOne Password/Pin Safe:

During the process of activation it is very important that you take your time and read all the information carefully. In the process you will create a password and possibly a pin number. For your convinience we ask that you write this information down and keep it in a safe secure place to avoid any inconvenience in the near future. For further assistance click on the link below, go to "Easy Help", and choose "Ask a Question".

There are three ways to reset your password:

1. You can call customer service at, 1-877-663-3939. Must have TechOne Card available.
2. You can go to your ONE Account at www.techonecard.com. After logging in, under the "Profile" tab, choose "Reset Password/Pin" option.
3. You can reset the password by choosing "Reset Password" right under the username and password fields at the top of the page.
