Purchasing copies with your ID using Mustang Bucks account:

First Student must have Mustang Bucks (SVC) in his/her student ID account in order to make copies at any Campus locations where Mustang Bucks are accepted.

Bldg "W": Second floor in front of the elevator.

LRC: Located next to the main printers.

Bldg "U": Located in front of the main office on the main hall.

Instructions:

1. First swipe your ID to activate copie machine.
2. Second, you need to place your document, Magazine, ect. on glass to make your copies and choose your preference on printer.

Troubleshooting Steps:

Unable to make copies using your Tech One card:

• Student Id may not be activated in Higher One. To activate your student Id go to www.techonecard.com.
• Students must have Mustang Bucks in their account. To place money in your card to use as Mustang Bucks on campus, student needs to stop the Student Services cashiers, Cafeteria cashiers, and may also use the CSVT machine located in the LRC
• If you get a "Read Error", more than likely your magnetic stripe is probably damaged. Student needs to go to the ID Center to resolve any of the above issues.

Unable to make copies using your Official TSTC Employee ID.

• Employee must have Mustang Bucks in their account. To place money in your card to use as Mustan Bucks on campus, student needs to stop the Student Services cashiers, Cafeteria cashiers, and may also use the CSVT machine located in the LRC.
• If employee gets a "Read Error", more than likely the magnetic stripe is probably damaged. Employee needs to go to the ID Center to resolve any of the above issues.

Unable to make copies using your Mustang Gold Card ID.

• Students must have Mustang Bucks in their account. To place money in your card to use as Mustang Bucks on campus, student needs to stop the Student Services cashiers, Cafeteria cashiers, and may also use the CSVT machine located in the LRC.
• If Early College High School (E.C.H.S.) students may not be activated and need to be activated in CS Gold.
• If you get a "Read Error", more than likely your magnetic stripe is probably damaged. Student needs to go to the ID Center to resolve any of the above issues.
