"Mi Casa Es Su Casa"( My House Is Your House), a famous greeting in the Hispanic culture is what we practice at Texas State Technical College Housing Department. We want every student to feel at home when staying in our dorms. For most students, it is their first time away from home. Our dorms are unique because they are more like apartments. They are not the resident enclosed buildings like most colleges. We want to prepare you for the real life conditions if you have to live in an apartment after college.

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2010

The State of Texas has passed a new law (HB 4189) requiring all first-time freshmen and transfer students who will be living on-campus to have the bacterial meningitis vaccine PRIOR to moving in to a dorm or apartment.
