TSTC Harlingen 1902 North Loop 499 Harlingen, TX 78550 Location: The Education & Training office is located in the Office Occupations Building, also known as "Building C." This building is accessed from Airport Drive via the last parking lot on the left just before entering Valley International Airport.

Interested in a career in education? Do you enjoy working with children or young adults? If so, the ET program is the place for you. Education & Training students can choose either a 49-Hour Certificate or a 69-Hour Associate Degree.
The 69-Hour Associate Degree provides an opportunity for students to continue their education and obtain a Bachelor's Degree and become certified teachers.
