Our Mission Statement
Student, TSTC Harlingen College Community and Visitors have the right to study, work, visit and live on campus without fear of crime or violence.
Our Purpose
We offer people the tools to stand up against crime and violence without fear of reprisal or peer pressure, through an anonymous TIPS Line to get the information to those who can stop the crime or violence. The confidential TIPS Line is 956-364-4TIP (4847). Those with information solving cases involving TSTC Harlingen property or at TSTC Harlingen sponsored events can qualify for cash rewards up to $500.00.
TSTC Harlingen Crime Stoppers is funded by community donations and grants.
