To fill this need, the BOT department offers Associate of Applied Science degrees for Administratives and Certificates of Completion for Office Assistants.

The computer support service industry has grown rapidly in the last two decades, and has generated billions of dollars in revenues in the country and worldwide. Businesses have experienced unprecedented growth in the use of microcomputers by their employees. This new growth has brought the need for qualified PC management and maintenance technicians to the forefront in both the business and personal-use sectors.
The CSMT program is designed to fill these changing needs and offers an Associate of Applied Science degree and a Certificate of Completion.
