Sat., Sun.: Closed The program partners with the Texas General Land Office and the students participate in the beach cleanup, oils spill response, oiled bird rescue, river patrols, and sampling along the Arroyo Colorado, the Laguna Madre, and the ship channel. The students also participate in the Arroyo Colorado TMDL Monitoring and collect samples along the Arroyo Colorado from Mission to Arroyo City. The program has won the Texas General Land Office State OSPRA Award twice in two years, the only entity having won the award twice in the history of the Award. The program has received donations of large amounts of monies from companies such as:
