Welcome to the Financial and Administrative Services Division of TSTC Harlingen

This division supports the mission of the college and the Texas State Technical College System by providing the best possible services to its students, faculty, staff and community while protecting and preserving the assets of the College.

The Financial / Administrative Services Division's purpose is to provide auxiliary student services and business support to the college. The Division is comprised of the Cafeteria and Bookstore auxiliary units, the Business Office and Property Accountability (Inventory Control, Central Receiving, Mail Service, and College Office Supply Store).
