Customer Service

Purpose Statement

The Automotive Technology Department prepares individuals for successful entry and advancement in the Automotive Repair Industry. The Automotive Technology program is certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence as evaluated by the National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation, Inc. The faculty is committed to providing all our customers with the highest quality services. The faculty is constantly evaluating the program in order to maintain or improve standards.

Effective instruction through class preparation is our main concern in meeting our customer needs.

The instruction provided will be evaluated to meet NATEF standards.

Process for receiving information and filing complaints:

In our efforts to provide customer service, we have established the following standards for responding to our customers.

We respond to telephone calls within 24 hours.

We respond to e-mail messages within 24 hours.

We respond to correspondence within a week.

 

Suggestions or complaints may be received in person, by-email, or in writing to the Automotive Technology Department Chairman. All suggestions or complaints will be acknowledged and reviewed.
