Campus Master PlanThe growth and success of TSTC Harlingen can be directly attributed to the appropriation of funds for construction of building facilities during the formative years of the campus. During these formative years, all facilities have been utilized to a high degree, and empty sheltered space is currently non-existent. These factors are emerging that will have a profound effect on the future growth of TSTC Harlingen. |
