TSTC's Center for Science & Math Education (CSME) Provides Exemplary Summer Programs
TSTC's Center for Science & Math Education kicked off its summer programs on June 6, 2011, serving over 300 students throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Summer programs included exposure and instruction in pre-engineering studies through the Texas Prefreshmen Engineering program (Tex Prep) , preparation for upcoming algrebra end of course exams available through the Mathworks project , robotics camps, and water sampling experiments throught the Systems Academy for Young Scientists (SAYS) for students ranging in grades from 4th-10th grade.
