Sat., Sun.: Closed What is College Connections?It is a tution-waived program that allows qualified high school juniors and seniors (16 years of age or older) the opportunity to enroll in and earn both technical college and high school credits. These technical college credits can apply towards either a TSTC Associate of Applied Science Degree or Certificate giving a high school student a big head start! High schools can contract with TSTC Harlingen to provide labs, classrooms, equipment, instructors, books and supplies which will satisfy both Texas Education Agency (TEA) and Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) requirements.
