Fields of Study TSTC Harlingen has two Fields of Study (FOS) which will provide you with more depth and interest in these majors. Now, you will be able locally to take more classes related to your major before you transfer to a university elsewhere. We are offering these fields of study in Business and General Communication/Public Speaking.
